This may result in us not providing you with the tracking number at an early stage as we could be using land or an informal postal service via an other country, the aim is to deliver orders in a timely manner.

On average, our customers receive their orders in 2 weeks from the date they place them. The quantity ordered, stock availability and the country of destination are all factors that affect the processing and speed of delivery.
